Well, after three straight losses to the Sharks, I would have to say that I think it's time "the great one" stepped down as coach.  We need to get some real experience in there.  We've already replaced one GM and now it's time to look at the coaching staff.  We cannot continue to lose in this fashion.  I say spend a little money and bring in some real talent and get rid of the current coaching staff.  I don't think bringing in Tocchet will make the difference.  We need experience.
