    B's keep their hot streak!

    Saturday, October 20, 2007, 05:49 PM [General]

What a goal by Phil Kessel! The Bruins win in a victory over the New York Rangers in a shootout with Phil Kessel scoring to make it a 1-0 shut out for Manny Fernandez as he was in the goal, and Manny was outstanding this afternoon. The Bruins are on a 4 game winning streak now and extend their record to 5-2 now. If the B's keep doing what they are doing now, they might make it to the playoffs like I said a few games ago. Good luck to the Bruins.

    Bruins over come Sharks

    Sunday, October 14, 2007, 12:34 AM [General]

What a goal by Arron Ward in the 3rd with 11.3 seconds left of the game! Boston started out good with Patrice Bergeron's goal to make it a 1-0 lead. Tim Thomas was the player of the game because of what saves he's made. Five of San Jose's shots hit the post and almost went in, but Thomas kept San Jose off the scoreboard for two periods. San Jose with 35 seconds left of the game scores to make it 1-1, and for the B's looking to make the game shorter than San Jose wanted, Arron Ward with an outstanding goal with seconds left of the game. Bruins top their 5 game road trip 3-2 and head home thursday to face Tampa Bay. Thomas was unbelievable on saturday, October 13th, 2007. He made many saves and some of them almost went in. One time in the game, Thomas accidently gave up the puck and the Sharks would have scored, but the rookie David Krejci blocked the shot from going in the net, from a wrap around on the other side of the net where Thomas wasn't at. Let's hope we see more of this from all of the players, and Let's hope the Bruins win their home games now. There was a power outage in San Jose's arena which after a few minutes, the lights had turned back on, and the teams began the game. I hope to bring you more good news next week as the B's go home, to fave Tampa Bay. I'll post about the game like I have for the last two games the night of the game. Let's hope for the best. and wish for the Bruins to overcome their home game Thursday. Thank you for reading this, and have a happy celebration as the B's beat the Sharks 2-1.
