That is the amount of points earned by the Ducks on their franchise-record 14 day road trip. What's even more remarkable about this is the fact that the trip didn't start out so hot. In fact, many fans (myself included), started to get really worried after they dropped the first three games of the trip. However, it's amazing what a certain Finn that goes by the name of The Flash can do for a group. Since Selanne returned against the Islanders, the Ducks went 5-0, to finish the trip with 11 out of a possible 16 points. Not too shabby.
That leaves them 4 points out of the lead in the Pacific and 4th overall in the Western Conference. Now, almost every other team (except Dallas) has multiple games in hand against Anaheim, but the important thing is that they bury their heads and don't worry about other teams - only worry about what you can immediately control.
Now the boys have a few days off before taking on Dallas on Friday. This should be a fantastic game, as it could very well send one team on their way towards claiming the division title.

That is awesome, cause I know what it can do to a team metally, losing the first 3 on the trip could have been a disaster! I love the fact that they came together as a team and went on a hot streak! I don t care where they are right now, they are the defending champs, they are still the team to beat!
