To get in real good shape, play indoor lacrosse. I just got back a little over an hour ago from practicing with a team based in Buffalo, and it ruled. I'm tired, body is slightly sore, but it was worth it. And with the way hockey has been treating me lately, lacrosse may be my new number 1 sport. Which would be okay with me, I don't have time to waste going to rinks to see if a team needs an extra player. The lacrosse team has accepted me, despite it being my first time out there. SO, it's time for me to make up my mind as to which one is more importnat to me, and lacrosse has just stuck it's nose out in front.
New things going on
Since hockey is going a little slow for me, I'm going to be starting something new and slightly different. Well, it is played on a hockey rink, but it's not hockey in anyway. It's indoor lacrosse. I'm going to practice with the Buffalo Brigade Fann Cup team this Saturday. It's something new and exciting.
Yes, I am still looking for a team. I'm hoping for roller hockey, but will try ice as well. I'm not great, so copper/bronze/lower division would be best for me. But I am still looking, possibly to put together a team for Pepsi Center next season.
And this makes post #30.
Good night
